Missed it Monday? Olmsted County Fair picks up

A carnival and a fleet of food trucks rolled into Graham Park over the weekend.

But although the Olmsted County Fair officially opened at 10 a.m. Monday, for most fairgoers the fun won’t really start until today at the earliest.

That’s when the carnival and most other fair buildings are fully set up and open, and when activities for adults and families kick off.
