At 57, I’m just past my Olympic prime.

Yet, it’s a good vantage point from which to appreciate the scenic Cannon Valley Trail. The 20-mile route between Cannon Falls and Red Wing is a thorough workout on a bike. You’re tired and sore when you’re done, but it’s a good kind of tired.
