Protests follow RCTC players' decision to kneel

Four Rochester Community and Technical College football players knelt for the national anthem prior to RCTC’s Saturday afternoon game, in apparent protest against police brutality and racial injustice against African Americans.

The protest action generated little response from people in the stands, judging from the observations of people at the game. There were no cheers or boos or any kind of reaction at all, they say.
