Most people are familiar with the story of the Nutcracker. Rochester especially is in no short supply of the revered holiday story. But there’s one show in particular you need to pay attention to this year: the Ballet Blake performance of The Nutcracker on Dec. 1.

The average viewer might think all performances of the Nutcracker in town are the same. One of the many reasons the Ballet Blake show is a cut above the rest is because of the athletic ability of the dancers.
