There’s enough to think about these next two days — will there be enough food, not enough, too much? Will the bird be done too soon, too late, never?

Then there are the wines. Many have already taken care of that while others (me) aren’t sure which direction to go — red or white or both, and how many bottles?

There are factors to consider, like what will complement the varied tastes and textures of this heroic meal. Luckily there are experts more than willing to guide us. Here’s some of what they had to say:
