Family Time: There's more fun to be had on a tube than watching one

By Lindy Lang

It’s all downhill at Ironwood Springs Christian Ranch. With three hills for snow tubing, Ironwood offers the perfect get-off-the-couch-and-get-outdoors opportunity for family members of all ages.

“We’ve got the bunny hill. It’s like going down a lazy river. Very kid- and adult-friendly,” said Jaimi Stejskal, programming and marketing director. “The other two hills are more of a challenge and are almost identical — though the steeper of the two can get you all the way out to the frozen river. That’s always the goal with the kids.”
