Family Time: How many winter bird species can you

Take a walk on the wild bird side at Zumbro Valley Audubon Society’s Bird Walk. Designed to introduce kids and adults to the hobby of birding, the first-Saturday-of-each-month walk also gets families outdoors and into nature.

“Zumbro Valley Audubon Society has a motto of connecting people with nature,” said Terry Grier, ZVAS member. “That’s what we try to do with the bird walks and everything we do — get more people to enjoy the natural world, including birds.”
