H.S. Basketball: Hungerholts living in their father's footsteps

Rushford-Peterson had some of the best boys basketball teams in the state in the early 1990s, when its top player was quick, knifing and sweet-shooting Aaron Hungerholt.

The 6-foot-2 guard went on to play at Division II Minnesota State University, Mankato.

These last four years, two of the top boys and girls players in southeastern Minnesota have resided in LeRoy. Actually, they’ve resided in the same house, with that same last name — Hungerholt.
